- 4 Large Tomatoes, skinned, deseeded and roughly chopped

- I 200g Jar Ocean Crown Cooked & Pickled Cockles, drained
For the Dressing:
- 2 tbsp Lime Juice
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 Clove of Garlic, crushed
- Sea Salt and Freshly Ground Black Pepper
